InformationParty-Starter is the third single from R&B Singer-song writing superstar Alicia Lena’s debut album This Is Who I Am. It will be released on 26th June 2010. The song was written in early 2010 by Alicia Lena. She decided that the song would work better as a collaboration/duet and decided to get in touch with her friend Tisha Jackson to collaborate on the song, Tisha also helped refine the song and put her own touches to it. Alicia Lena said this when asked to describe the song, “It’s pretty self explanatory really, It’s just about going out and partying, it’s sort of a song which I hope people play when they’re getting dressed to go out partying. The whole album is mainly about love and heartbreak but I wanted to include this song on the album because it’s like the opposite of the other songs on the album and it gives something a little bit different from the other songs, the other songs are very emotional and they make you think about your feelings but with this song it’s just a song about having a good time, I really enjoyed working with Tisha on it and we were close friends so it worked well, It’s just a song about two friends going out and having fun, there’s nothing more to say really.
