It was early morning but it was still very dark out, Stacey and Joe made their way towards the road and begun their attempts at hitching a ride, a few passers by ignored them so they continued walking continually attempting to get a ride but nothing.

Stacey: This isn’t working, you know we could just head to the airport, it will be so much easier
Joe: Yeah I guess your right.

They make their way towards an airport and find the first flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, their in luck there’s a flight in 45 minutes, Stacey takes out a credit card and they make their way towards their boarding area.

Stacey: So what exactly is so good about Carolina
Joe: Well she’s kinda cute and she’s got a huge pair of … Oh wait your talking about the state
Stacey: Yeah you freak
Joe: Honest mistake

40 minutes later and their headed onto their flight, a couple of hours later and they’ve touched down in Charlotte, Stacey look out of the window.

Stacey: Wow, it looks like a ghost town, is this why you chose it?
Joe: Yeah pretty much, I know you wanted to get away from New York and this is the place where I used to go when I was living in California, trust me you’ll fall in love with it.
Stacey: Ok I guess I’ll take your word for it, do you wanna book a hotel or something?
Joe: Haha, hotel really. My family used to holiday here so much that they decided to buy a holiday cabin house.
Stacey: Are you fucking kidding me, we’re gonna be living in a cabin
Joe: Trust me, it’s like a house, it’s huge
Stacey: Alright, so where is this cabin
Joe: *smiles and hails down a cab*, Hey boss can you take us to Kings Mountain please
Cabbie: Yeah no problem, hop in.

10 minutes later they arrive in Kings Mountain and are met with a string of house-size cabins surrounded by a lake.

Stacey: Woahh, this is fucking incredible
Joe: Yeah it kind of is isn’t it?
Stacey: Definitely, *walks up to the house* I call shotgun for the biggest bedroom, haha
Joe: I guess I have no choice now

They make their way into the cabin and settle into the place as Joe cooks breakfast and Stacey sits and watches TV.

Stacey: So what is there to do around here
Joe: Well there’s a couple of gift shops around here and there’s the lake but that’s pretty much it.
Stacey: Really?
Joe: Yeah but we can head back into town later because there’s a pretty big mall in the centre of Charlotte
Stacey: Sounds good to me.

Joe walks over with two plates of breakfast, eggs and bacon.

Joe: Breakfast’s up
Stacey: Smells great
Joe: Thanks
Stacey: I could get used to this life, *smiles and takes sip of juice*

After showering and a couple of hours of relaxing it’s now 10:30 and they decide to make their way into town. Joe joins her initially but is soon bored so he takes a seat on a park bench

Joe Dayton is sat at a park bench over looking a river in North Carolina.
Stacey Walton walks up to him carrying loads of bags.

Stacey: Hey loser, what you doing?
Joe: Oh hey, you’ve finished shopping finally?
Stacey: Well sort of, what you been doing?
Joe: Ummm, people watching
Stacey: You really are a loser aren’t you
Joe: No it’s just interesting you know, like those two for example, what do you think their story is?

Joe points to a young couple, an attractive girl and a not so good looking guy.

Stacey: If I had to guess I’d say she was winning a bet called date the biggest loser.
Joe: You see that’s where we differ, I was that kid at school and if he’s anything like me then I’d say he’s been friends with her for most of his life and he’s trying to find the courage to tell her how he feels, She feels the same way but he doesn’t realise that, he kind of thinks he has no chance.
Stacey: Good god your so corny
Joe: Or am I just a hopeless romantic?
Stacey: Nope, definitely the corny thing
Joe: Oh come on, everybody knows you wanna piece of me *smiles*
Stacey: *laughs* Yeah you wish (Stacey punches him in the arm playfully) come on let’s go get something to eat.

Joe stands up and Stacey jumps on his back.

Joe: What you doing?
Stacey: Take me to lunch boy toy *laughs*.
