About Kendal Mint Cake in their own words

Kendal Mint Cake formed after discovering that walking twenty miles is considerably easier if someone brings a guitar.

Their songs celebrate Britain’s finest views, worst weather, and the peculiar joy of drinking lukewarm coffee from a camping mug while sitting on a rock.

Critics have described them as “surprisingly uplifting”, “alarmingly wholesome”, and “the only band to have an official snack stop halfway through a gig.”
