Born & raised in the town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, She grew up surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Annapolis Valley, where long summer evenings, coastal drives & small-town life became the backdrop to her earliest musical dreams. Skye first stepped into the spotlight as a member of Sunset Beach, the five-piece pop band that introduced her to audiences alongside Branch, Brooke, Jaxon and Isla. As one of the group's vocalists, Skye helped shape the band's bright, summery pop sound while gaining experience performing, recording and developing her own artistic identity. She blends silky contemporary R&B, Y2K-inspired pop, smooth soul & late-night grooves, with lyrics that feel personal and effortlessly relatable.
