Pieces of 8 Playas Club (often abbreviated as P8PC) is an American hip hop group from Memphis, Tennessee. Formed by Captain Kidd (John-Louis Victor) Calico Jack (Roleigh Piang) and Black Bart (Demetrious Toyana). The trio is known for combining elements of Memphis hip hop with the lyrical style and production influences of 1990s East Coast rap. Each member fills a distinct role within the group. Captain Kidd is known for his clever wordplay, witty punchlines, and lyrical approach, often delivering intricate verses with a confident, charismatic style. Black Bart contrasts this with an aggressive, boisterous delivery inspired by crunk music, bringing high energy and commanding performances.
