About Beats by Kesh & Obi in their own words

Two men, one groove that refuses to sit still. Kesh & Obi met at a Lagos wedding neither of them was invited to and never left the stage. His talking drum argues, his sax — talks back. Built on Fela's ghost but too restless to copy him. They record in one take or not at all. Traffic jams have inspired at least three songs. Ask about a setlist and they'll shrug: "we'll know when we know."
