About Paper Foxes in their own words

Four women, one drafty practice space above a fish shop. Paper Foxes write songs like postcards nobody sent — foggy, half-true, oddly comforting. Jo hums melodies before she has words for them; the rest of the band just waits her out. Their sound sits somewhere between a lullaby and a warning. They've toured in a van that smells permanently of salt air. Success, to them, is finishing a song before winter does.
